Scrapped 1946
Refitted at Chatham Dockyard (Chatham, U.K.) from January until May 1941. HM Submarine Osiris returned to the Mediterranean after refitting. From August 1943 she served with the Eastern Fleet for A/S training. Decommissioned in March 1945 she was sold to be broken up for scrap in September 1945. Scrapped at Durban, South Africa.
